Preventative Maintenance Agreements

We recognize that your cleaning equipment represents a major investment. Anything less than like-new equipment performance and appearance can cost you in wasted repair dollars, equipment down time, lost labor and poor facility appearance. Our PM Agreements offer the following features:

CUSTOMIZED PLANS TO MEET YOUR NEEDS
We recommend the frequency of PM calls based on the hours of use and operating conditions. Then our service technician visits at regular intervals to check and make adjustments to your equipment maximizing the machine performance and life. PM calls are scheduled based on your needs.

HELPS BUDGET FOR MAINTENANCE
Budget for Preventative Maintenance with one fixed fee per call, including labor within the local delivery area. Travel time is billed at .50 per mile over 10 miles. We recommend regular Preventative Maintenance for all equipment. Often we can fix problems early, eliminating costly overhauls and downtime.

MAXIMIZES MACHINE PERFORMANCE AND MACHINE LIFE
We thoroughly check and adjust your machine to insure maximum machine performance. Regular PM service as per the “Maintenance Chart” protects your investment by correcting small problems before they become big ones. Regular PM service means less down time and helps insure that the equipment is in SAFE operating condition.

CUSTOMER CONVENIENCE
We can come to you. Repairs are completed on site. This saves down time and allows you to know the status of the repairs at all times. When a machine is on a PM, the machine will get serviced. We keep detailed service records of all work performed on your machine. We can handle all warranty needs including warranty verification and filing all necessary warranty paperwork and returning defective parts. Hazardous material disposal- if necessary, we can take care of used engine oil, batteries, tires, etc. Since we are out on a regular basis, we can provide operator training as needed. We can instruct the operator on machine adjustments to maximize machine performance and life.

We also have large quantities of additional supplies that can be delivered with your equipment rental. We offer delivery, set-up and pick-up at only *$35.00-$100 each way.
